Launching the Quiz

The button for the quiz should appear after the video has ended. If the video has ended, but no button to launch the quiz has appeared, please check the following:

  • Try refreshing the video lecture page (F5 for Windows, Cmd + R for Mac OS). You can skip ahead to the end of the video in order to check if the button shows up.
  • Try using another browser, if you have one available (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc).
  • To obtain CME/SAM credit, the video must be watched in its entirety. If you have watched the entire video, but still cannot access the quiz, click here.


If the quiz fails to load, or you have difficulty viewing the content:

  • Make sure flash is enabled in your browser and it is up to date. Click here to obtain the latest version of flash.
  • Try using another browser, if you have one available (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc).
  • Make sure your browser is at the normal Zoom level of 100% (ctrl/cmd +/-).


Obtaining Your Certificate

If you are having difficulty in obtaining your certificate, make sure these steps have been followed:

  1. Click on the 'Launch Lecture Quiz' button once the video has finished playing.

  2. Complete the quiz with an 80% or higher.
  3. Select the type of credit you wish to obtain.

  4. Fill out this form to submit to our database.

  5. The 'Evaluate this Lecture' button must be clicked before you can Submit for Credit.

  6. If all of the steps have been followed, this is the screen that you should see allowing you to print your certificate, or save a pdf version.
