This lecture will examine how bullying in the workplace might be defined and specific examples of how these behaviors might be displayed. In addition, methods for addressing and dealing with bullying, as well as current legislative and organizational strategies, will be covered.
Tiffany Bradshaw is currently a clinical product manager in business development at ARUP Laboratories. Tiffany began her career at ARUP in 2004 as a technologist in chemistry. She was promoted to lead technologist and eventually technical supervisor over the fast-growing Mass Spectrometry sections. She supervised 20–30 employees in two separate laboratory departments in chemistry, and more recently immunology. Tiffany received a bachelor of science in biology from Southern Utah University and a medical laboratory science degree from Weber State University.
