The presentation will discuss the current classification and staging of bladder cancer and important prognostic features that should be reported by pathologists. Specific diagnostic problems will also be discussed such as the separation of high grade urothelial carcinoma from prostate carcinoma, and spindle cell tumors of the urinary bladder.
