Intrauterine RBC Transfusions

37 year-old women at 29 weeks pregnant, type A+, 4 cm placental mass, polyhydramnios, and new concern for fetal anemia based on elevated MCA dopplers was admitted to be consulted for amnioreduction and intrauterine transfusion. This presention will further discuss this case along with explore intrauterine RBC transfusions in more detail.
