CME credit can be claimed online using CloudCME®

Download the CloudCME® app at either:

 

Enter the organization code: UofUHealth then click on “Verify My Organization” (if you are already logged into CloudCME® with another organization, you’ll need to log out and login using the UofUHealth organization code).

Click on: “Login or Create Account.”

If you have an existing account, enter your email and password and click “Login.”

If you do not have an existing account, click on “Create New Account.”

  • Complete the requested information and click on “Create Account.”

If you are not a University of Utah employee, click on “Sign in with your non-University Email and Password.”

  • Enter your email and password used to create your account and click on “Login.”

Scroll down and click on “Claim Credit” and enter 82760 as the Activity ID.

**Attendees should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity**
