ACCME

ACCREDITATION:The University Of Utah School Of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA CREDIT: The University of Utah School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 21 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

SAM CREDIT: ARUP Laboratories is an American Board of Pathology (ABP) approved provider of Self-Assessment Modules (SAM) credit. This live activity will provide a maximum of 21 SAM credits. Physicians will be provided with online access to the self-assessment activity for each session during the conference.

ASCLS CREDIT: ARUP Laboratories is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (ASCLS) P.A.C.E.® Program.

FLORIDA CE BROKER: ARUP Laboratories is an approved continuing education provider for Florida’s CE Broker which supports the Florida Department of Health serving both the Florida Board of Medicine and licensing agency for Florida’s Clinical Laboratory Scientists.

ATTENDANCE RECORDS: All participants will be required to self-report their participation for this CME activity. Self-reporting attendance forms will need to be turned in to the conference faculty at the end of the activity. Certificates of attendance, designating the self-reported hours of participation, will be e-mailed to each participant after the CME activity.
