Target Audience: This activity has been designed to meet the needs of healthcare professionals, specifically medical laboratory scientists.

Objectives:
  • Morphologically differentiate abnormal variations in RBCs, WBCs, and platelets.
  • Explain underlying physiological processes for abnormal RBC, WBC, and platelet morphology.
  • Describe the morphologic basis for distinguishing benign from malignant WBC disorders.
  • Correlate abnormal cellular morphologic variations with selected case studies.

Method of Participation: To receive a statement of credit, you must:

  1. Watch the video in its entirety
  2. Successfully complete the video post-test (80% or higher)
  3. Submit certificate completion information
  4. Complete the course evaluation
