*If you are opting for single day attendance, please indicate the date(s) you plan to attend during the registration process. Additionally, please be aware that The Lodges at Deer Valley requires a minimum three-night stay.
Registration fees include up to 21.00 hours of CME, Florida CME, P.A.C.E.®, or Florida CLS credit, daily continental breakfast and light dinner, online access to downloadable course materials, and a $100.00 non-refundable administrative fee.
**REFUNDS will be given to anyone who cannot attend for any reason so long as we receive notice of CANCELLATION THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to Chérie V. Petersen at petercv@aruplab.com with "REFUND: 38th Annual Park City Anatomic Pathology Update" in the subject line. Please provide your contact information and invoice # referenced in the “REGISTRATION PENDING” email you will receive following your registration and will also be listed on the credit card payment confirmation email you’ll receive after submitting payment.
Conference Cancellation Policy:
The University of Utah Department of Pathology and ARUP Laboratories reserves the right to cancel or postpone this conference due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement of this conference, registration fees will be refunded in full; however, the University of Utah Department of Pathology and/or ARUP Laboratories is not responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses incurred by registrants of this conference.
