COVID-19 Adherence Policy:

The University of Utah Department of Pathology and ARUP Laboratories are committed to providing a safe and healthy atmosphere for our conference attendees. The Park City AP Update planning committee is working closely with the Lodges at Deer Valley to follow all recommendations from local, state, and federal health authorities to adjust safety measures as needed.

Given the continued prevalence of COVID-19 and the Omicron variant surge, we are requiring all conference attendees be fully vaccinated before arriving at the Update on February 6, 2022. A self-attestation of vaccination status will be required during the registration process with proof of vaccination status provided upon arrival. Masking is required by Deer Valley resorts while indoors at all their facilities except for when eating or drinking while seated at a table. Single layer buffs and perforated or vented masks are not allowed. More detailed information regarding Deer Valley’s COVID-19 guidelines can be viewed here.

The University of Utah Department of Pathology and ARUP Laboratories reserves the right to cancel or postpone this conference due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement of this conference, registration fees will be refunded in full; however, the University of Utah Department of Pathology and/or ARUP Laboratories is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses incurred by registrants of this conference.
