ACCME

ACCREDITATION: The University Of Utah School Of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA CREDIT: The University Of Utah School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 21.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABPATH LIFELONG LEARNING (CME) CREDIT: Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 21.50 Lifelong Learning (Part II) credit in the American Board of Pathology (ABPath) Continuing Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting credit.

FLORIDA CE BROKER: ARUP Laboratories is an approved continuing education provider for Florida’s CE Broker which supports the Florida Department of Health serving both the Florida Board of Medicine and licensing agency for Florida’s Clinical Laboratory Scientists.

ATTENDANCE RECORDS: All participants will be required to self-report their participation for this CME activity. Self-reporting will be available from the conference website using the conference access code provided to the attendees during the event. Certificates of attendance, designating the self-reported hours of participation, will be immediately available as a downloadable file upon the completion of the self-reporting process.
