ATTENDANCE RECORDS: All participants will be required to self-report their participation for this CME activity. Self-reporting will be available from the conference website using the conference access code provided to the attendees during the event. Certificates of attendance, designating the self-reported hours of participation, will be immediately available as a downloadable file upon the completion of the self-reporting process.
