ACCME

ACCREDITATION:The University Of Utah School Of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA CREDIT: The University of Utah School of Medicine designates this “Other” activity – Live and online viewing for registrants only during a set timeframe - for a maximum of 24.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. All credit completions will be reported to ACCME’s Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS) for American Board of Pathology diplomates who provide their ABP ID# and birthday (MM/DD) when claiming credit.

ASCLS CREDIT: ARUP Laboratories is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (ASCLS) P.A.C.E.® Program.

FLORIDA CE BROKER: ARUP Laboratories is an approved continuing education provider for Florida’s CE Broker which supports the Florida Department of Health serving both the Florida Board of Medicine and licensing agency for Florida’s Clinical Laboratory Scientists.

ATTENDANCE RECORDS: All course attendees will be required to self-report their participation for this CME activity. Self-reporting will be available from the course website using the course access code provided directly to attendees. Certificates of attendance, designating the self-reported hours of participation, will be emailed to attendees within 30 days of self-reporting submission.
